MetroLink
Once you get to LA Union Station, MetroLink can get you to your next destination. Service goes to the following destinations: Antelope Valley, Burbank, Orange County, Riverside, Fullerton, San Bernadino and Ventura.

Metro Light Rail
Pasadena is on the Gold Line. This will take you to either East Los Angeles or Union Station. From Union Station you can catch the Red or Purple lines. These lines extend to the other lines on the system. Find out about service to Dodgers games using Dodger Stadium Express. Just take the Gold line to Union Station and then go to Patsaouras Transit Plaza, Bay 3.

Gold Line authorities approve Azusa-Montclair extension
The future extension of the Gold Line light-rail route from Azusa to Montclair has been approved by the Metro Gold Line Foothill Extension Construction Authority board.  The approval starts the wheels in motion for initial conceptual engineering work to be completed with construction possibly beginning in as early as three years.  (3/7/2013) Courtesy of the Pasadena Star News.

Trip Planner - Pasadena to LAX Airport
It would take 1.75 hours at a cost of $3 to travel from Pasadena to LAX on Metro. By car with no traffic it would take 16 to 21 minutes at a cost of $5.79 (based on AAA est. 54.1 cents/mile).

LADOT Transit Services
Provides DASH, Commuter Express and CITYRIDE services for the daily commuter who wishes to use mass transit, but conventional mass transit is not available to the workplace destination.
